1. Definitions

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use goto4d Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. Users who provide false age information or attempt to circumvent age verification will have their Accounts permanently terminated, Funds forfeited, and may face legal action. goto4d employs mandatory KYC verification using Indonesian government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license) to confirm age eligibility before processing any withdrawal requests.

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

You must be a resident of Indonesia or legally present within Indonesian territory when accessing goto4d Services. Our platform is specifically designed for the Indonesian market and operates in compliance with relevant jurisdictional requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of online gaming services is legal in your specific location within Indonesia.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. This means you are of sound mind, not under legal guardianship, and capable of understanding and accepting the obligations outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

3.4 Account Restrictions

You may register and maintain only one (1) Account with goto4d. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts opened under false identities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Funds and winnings. Exceptions cannot be made even in cases of forgotten login credentials; Users must contact customer support to recover existing Accounts rather than creating new ones.

3.5 Financial Responsibility

You must deposit and wager only Funds that belong to you personally and that you can afford to lose. Gambling with borrowed money, funds intended for essential expenses, or money belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and violates both these terms and responsible gaming principles.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, valid email address, Indonesian mobile phone number, date of birth, residential address, and preferred account credentials (username and password). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.2 KYC Verification

goto4d operates mandatory KYC procedures to verify User identity, prevent fraud, comply with regulatory requirements, and protect against money laundering and underage gambling. You will be required to submit clear, legible copies of government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months). Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. goto4d reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to satisfy KYC requirements.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must immediately notify goto4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or become aware of any security breach. goto4d is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access when such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must promptly update your Account information if your contact details, address, or other registration information changes. Failure to maintain current information may result in delayed communications, failed transaction processing, or Account suspension.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

goto4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and authorized e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits must originate from accounts or payment instruments held in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus processing fees.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 15 minutes depending on the payment method and banking system availability. goto4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network issues beyond our control. Deposited Funds are credited to your Account balance in Indonesian Rupiah and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation.

5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility and Processing

Withdrawals are available to Users who have completed KYC verification and met any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours during business hours (08:00-21:00 WIB). Withdrawals must be made to bank accounts or e-wallets held in the same name as the registered Account. First-time withdrawal requests may require additional verification and processing time up to 24 hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and User account status. goto4d does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though third-party payment providers may impose their own fees. Users are responsible for any bank or e-wallet fees charged by their financial institutions.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

goto4d maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent the platform from being used for money laundering purposes. Suspicious transaction patterns, unusual deposit/withdrawal ratios, or activity inconsistent with normal gaming behavior may trigger enhanced verification procedures or Account review.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

6.3 Bonus Forfeiture

goto4d reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and reclaim bonus funds if bonus terms are violated, if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time period, or if fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Users must engage in fair play and comply with the rules of each game. Cheating, collusion with other players, use of automated betting systems or bots, exploitation of software bugs or errors, or any other form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of all Funds and winnings.

7.2 Game Results and RTP

All games offered on goto4d utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are operated by licensed live dealers to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent theoretical long-term payout rates. Individual session results will vary, and short-term outcomes may differ significantly from published RTP figures.

7.3 Bet Settlement

All bets are final once confirmed. goto4d reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), suspected fraud, or rule violations. In sports betting, bets are settled based on official results as determined by governing sports bodies.

7.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited: using VPN or proxy services to mask your location, engaging in fraudulent activity including chargeback abuse, harassing or threatening other Users or staff members, attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the platform, and using goto4d Services for any illegal purpose.

8. Limitations of Liability

goto4d Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, goto4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor errors, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Your use of goto4d Services is at your own risk. Gambling involves financial risk, and you may lose money. goto4d is not responsible for gambling losses or for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount of Funds in your Account at the time the claim arose.

goto4d is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated with our platform, though we select partners carefully to maintain quality standards.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

goto4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff or other Users, creation of multiple Accounts, bonus abuse, or extended periods of Account inactivity.

Upon Account termination, you forfeit access to the platform and any pending bonuses. Legitimate Account balances (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within 30 days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification procedures and deduction of any amounts owed to goto4d.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before processing closure, we will ensure all withdrawable Funds are returned to you and verify there are no outstanding obligations. Account closure requests may take up to 7 business days to process fully.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which goto4d operates its license. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of goto4d Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with established arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with arbitration.

Notwithstanding the above, goto4d reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of our intellectual property rights, security systems, or other proprietary interests.
